  • Location: Peterborough, Orton Southgate
  • Temp to Perm
  • Schedule: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 weekly rotating shift. Night shift 22:00-06:00 to be worked during peak periods so flexibility to work them at times is a must
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery to maintain high-quality output.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain product quality and production efficiency
  • Work collaboratively as part of a shift team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Hands-on experience operating machinery
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and SOP compliance
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
