Machine Operative – Immediate Starts Available

Pay: £15.38 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Recruitment Solutions Workforce (RSW) are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position with competitive pay and immediate starts.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading cans into retort machines.
• Operating and monitoring retort equipment safely and efficiently.
• Loading recipes into machine control panels.
• Carrying out quality checks and completing production paperwork.
• Ensuring products meet food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
• Working closely with production, packing and warehouse teams.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Shift Pattern

Sunday to Thursday – 40 hours per week

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 10:00pm – 6:00am

30-minute paid break each shift.
