Machine Operator  - Bradford- Temp to Perm Opportunity

BX2 Ltd is currently recruiting Machine Operators on behalf of our client in the Bradford Area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business offering ongoing work, full training, and the potential for a permanent position.

Previous Rotational Moulding experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday
• 18:00-06:00
• 48 hours per week
• Night shift position

Due to the location, own transport is preferred.

Pay & Benefits

• £12.71 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Weekly shift bonus of £80

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate rotational moulding machinery

Load raw materials into moulds and begin the moulding process

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality

Carry out quality checks and inspections on finished products

Trim and finish moulded products to required specifications

Inspect moulds and machinery, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets

Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and productivity enhancements

Job Description

Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential

Whilst trainimg you will start on a day shift

Rotational moulding experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment

Good level of physical fitness

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must have the legal right to work in the UK
