Machine Operator with FLT Licence

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator with a valid FLT licence to join a busy manufacturing team.

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating shifts:
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay Rate:

• £12.96 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Setting up and monitoring machines to ensure smooth production
• Carrying out basic quality checks on finished products
• Loading materials and removing finished goods using an FLT
• Reporting any machine faults or maintenance issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
