We are currently recruiting for Production / Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Huddersfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals, the role is until November 2026.
Location: Huddersfield, HD5
Pay rate - £12.71 per hour
Weekly rotating shifts:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 10:00pm – 6:00am
The Role:
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Setting and monitoring machinery to ensure products meet quality standard
- Carrying out production and assembly tasks
- Checking finished products for quality and defects
- Following production procedures and health & safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
About You
The successful candidates will ideally have:
- Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or machine operating environment
Good attention to detail
A reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work a weekly rotating shift pattern
Good understanding of workplace health & safety
Previous machine operating experience is advantageous, but full training may be provided for the right candidates.
