About the Role:
Join a team at the forefront of precision engineering, where quality, technical excellence and innovation come together. As a CNC Machinist, you'll be responsible for producing high-integrity components using a range of CNC and NC machines, contributing to the delivery of world-class aerospace products.
Responsibilities:
*Operate and set CNC/NC machining equipment in line with engineering requirements and production schedules.
*Manufacture components to the required quality standards using approved drawings, specifications, and procedures.
*Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment in line with Health & Safety and 5S principles.
*Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and safety.

What You'll Bring:
*Knowledge of machining principles and numerical controls fundamentals as well as the ability to read drawings and layouts - Essential
*A relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship - Essential
*Siemens 840D Control systems experience - Desirable
*Ability to Set and Run various CNC Machines to include some of the following Milling,
grinding, Turning and Mill-turn machining centres.
*Manual machining techniques in any of the following, grinding, honing, Deep hole boring, Turning, milling - Desirable
*Able to set own tools
*Understanding of 5s principles
*Good communication and team working skills
*Basic computer and problem solving skills
*Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and nights
