Maintenance Assistant - Bank - Care Home at Barchester Healthcare, Dorchester

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that will enable us to give our patients the quality care and support they deserve. It's important that our homes give the right first impression and that every area is always well-maintained. In the role of Bank Maintenance Assistant, you can expect plenty of variety as you provide the cover that ensures our building and grounds are at their best all day, every day.

ABOUT YOU
You'll need some experience of property maintenance to join us as a Bank Maintenance Assistant. We'll also look for a patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in our patients. As well as that, you should be flexible, reliable and ready to turn your hand to a range of tasks all focused on keeping the hospital maintained to the highest standards.

REWARDS PACKAGE
As well as competitive pay, you can look forward to a role that offers true flexibility and plenty of free learning and development opportunities. As one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, we take the growth of everyone who works for us seriously.

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it (such as for annual leave or sick leave), the hours and days you work will vary.

If you'd like to use your maintenance and people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care you'd expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding place to be.
