Maintenance Assistant

We have a new role for an experienced all round maintenance technician to join a University based in Uxbridge.

This is an on going temporary position and will be paid weekly, you will be working 35 hours per week and earning 18p/h PAYE (21.36 Umbrella rate).

You will be joining a client side maintenance division and you will love the large campus, where you will have the opportunity to work in many different buildings in a busy working environment. 

Within this maintenance position you will be responsible for:

• Responding to reactive maintenance requests
• Completing PPMs
• Fabric maintenancce
• Basic electrical maintenance
• Water hygiene tasks
• Plumbing duties

For this temporary maintenance role we are looking for:

• It is essential you have plenty of building services maintenance experience, across multi trades (electrical, fabric, carpentry) within similar buildings
• It is essential that you live close to Uxbridge and can start at short notice
• Ideally you will have a trade qualification behind you as well
