Maintenance Co Ordinator

We are looking to hire a maintenance co-ordinator who would be responsible for co-coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation, safety, and upkeep of our portfolio of properties.

The role involves scheduling maintenance work, managing contractors, responding to maintenance requests, communicating with landlords and tenants, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
