We're recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join an established engineering team in Cambridge, supporting a large mixed use complex spanning 250+ building. While the basic salary is competitive for the role, the real attraction is the consistent availability of overtime, allowing you to significantly increase your annual income - this comes through regular remedial works and a call out rota.

The Role

  • Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault finding and repairs on building services equipment
  • Supporting compliance and safety checks
  • Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team
  • Ensuring the site remains operational and safe

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Electrician (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • 2391 beneficial, not essential
  • Experience within building services, commercial or facilities maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
  • Reliable, proactive and customer-focused approach
