Are you an Approved Electrician looking for a mobile maintenance role with a leading Facilities Management provider?

We're recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a growing FM team covering commercial sites across the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and long-term career development.

The Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a diverse portfolio of client sites.

Key duties will include:

✔ Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

✔ Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns

✔ Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues

✔ Undertaking minor electrical installations and repairs

✔ Emergency lighting maintenance and testing

✔ Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations

✔ Completing maintenance reports and compliance documentation

✔ Building positive relationships with clients and site teams

✔ Participation in the on-call rota when required

About You

Essential

✔ Approved Electrician

✔ SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

✔ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

✔ Previous experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Commercial Maintenance

✔ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

✔ Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

⭐ City & Guilds 2391, 2394 or 2395 Testing & Inspection

⭐ Experience carrying out electrical testing and inspection

⭐ Previous experience in a mobile engineering role
