£38,000 - £42,500 + £200 Standby + Appointed Person Payments + Free Parking

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a leading facilities management company on a prestigious commercial office site in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) looking to develop their career within a modern commercial building, working alongside an experienced engineering team.
As a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services plant, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and fully operational.
The Role
- Planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Electrical fault finding, repairs and compliance inspections
- Maintenance of HVAC plant, lighting, power and building services systems
- Client liaison, project support and participation in the on-call rota
Plant You'll Be Working On
- HV & LV electrical systems, chillers, pumps and generators
- HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs and BMS controls
- General commercial building services plant
Requirements
- 18th Edition
- Electrical maintenance experience within FM or Building Services
- Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of commercial building services
- HVAC experience advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence
Package
- £38,000 - £42,500 DOE
- £200 per week standby payment (1 in 4)
- Appointed Person payments up to £2,500 per year
- Free parking, ongoing training, career progression and immediate start
