Maintenance Electrician – South of England

Up to £40,000 + Overtime + Company Van + No Call Out

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of commercial buildings, ensuring all electrical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance

  • Electrical fault finding, repairs and minor installations

  • Emergency lighting testing and statutory compliance

  • Consumer unit, lighting and power circuit maintenance

  • General building services maintenance across commercial sites

  • Completing maintenance reports and ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  • Experience carrying out electrical maintenance within commercial buildings

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence
