Wolviston Management Services are supporting a leading facilities management provider in the recruitment of an experienced Maintenance Electrician (Supervisor) to join their team based in Bootle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrical professional with supervisory experience to take the next step in their career within a well-established and highly reputable organisation.
 
The Role As a Maintenance Electrician (Supervisor), you will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of compliance, operational performance and client satisfaction across the site.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of static and mobile engineers
  • Ensure timely delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
  • Allocate work and monitor performance in line with KPIs
  • Manage materials, stock and subcontractor activities
  • Liaise with client representatives and resolve on-site issues
  • Support CAFM system management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with reporting, cost control and operational planning
  • Participate in on-call rota and support emergency response activities
  • Ensure all SHEQ requirements, RAMS and technical compliance standards are met
About You We're looking for a proactive and experienced professional who can confidently manage both people and processes in a fast-paced FM environment.
Essential requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) + AM2
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of building services and relevant legislation
  • Experience within Facilities Management environments
  • Full UK driving licence
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office / CAFM systems)
