Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Salary Range: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (approx. £770 to £865 per week based on 40 hours)
Hours: 40 hours per week (6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
Overtime: Time-and-a-half on Saturdays, double-time on Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair production and packaging equipment to minimise downtime
• Support preventative maintenance of the commercial vehicle fleet
• Diagnose faults and deliver engineering improvements
• Work across a range of machinery including legacy and automated systems
• Uphold high health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven mechanical or multi-skilled engineering experience within manufacturing or FMCG sectors
• Strong practical skills including welding/fabrication
• Ability to fault-find and repair varied machinery
• Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge or willingness to support fleet maintenance
• Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work independently
