Maintenance Engineer - Night Shift

Job Title: Night Shift Engineer – Electrical bias preferred

Location: Hillingdon, Greater London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Shift Pattern: 4 Nights On, 4 Off (7pm to 7am - 12hr night shift)

Join a proactive Facilities Management team, managing a large, busy complex who need a focus on M&E building maintenance.

You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems and equipment across the entire site. Your duties will include:

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Electrical & Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair.
• Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works
• Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment.
• Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 2 minimum in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer
