Our client based in Stafford, is looking to expand their engineering team and is recruiting experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers, to join their growing operation.
If you're an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer from an FMCG or manufacturing background and are looking for a role offering flexibility, stability and career progression, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role
You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of the site's machinery and production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
You'll be working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour shifts. Start times are flexible, with the option to begin anytime between 3:00am and 9:00am, giving you greater work-life balance.
What you will need for thi Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers role:
- Experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 18th Edition qualified (essential)
- Previous experience within an FMCG, food manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement
- Starting salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Salary reviewed and negotiated upwards once fully trained on the site's specialist milking machinery
- Weekly pay every Friday
