The Role

As an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving production performance across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance activities, fault finding, and continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on automated production equipment

  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

  • Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

  • Working with PLC-controlled machinery and automated systems

  • Ensuring equipment performance, safety, and reliability standards are maintained

About You

We're looking for engineers who have:

  • Electrical engineering qualifications (Apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)

  • Experience within manufacturing, food, FMCG, packaging, or automated production environments

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • A proactive approach and desire to continuously develop
