Maintenance Man

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Overview The position involves:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Completing day-to-day repairs.
• Responding to emergency maintenance issues.
• Helping ensure the accommodation is safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents and staff.

House provides supported accommodation for up to 123 adult men experiencing homelessness and offers services designed to help residents rebuild independence and stability.
