Key responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager:

• Provide Maintenance Manager cover across the South Yorkshire sites.
• Develop and deliver long-term maintenance strategies to improve reliability and performance.
• Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations to eliminate recurring issues.
• Implement condition-based monitoring and enhance planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
• Analyse CMMS data, downtime trends and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Support production process improvements to maximise equipment reliability and output.
• Develop, implement and maintain maintenance standards and best practices.

Maintenance Manager experience required:

• Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role.
• A successful track record within a manufacturing or maintenance environment, ideally within woodworking, FMCG or packaging.
• Experience implementing or supporting the roll-out of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma qualifications/certificate (desirable)
• A Full UK driving licence.
• An experienced multi-skilled engineer.

• Educated to NVQ Level 3 in an engineering discipline.
• Have excellent organisational, written and numerical skills, computer literate.
