We're recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 15 at a flagship site in Clacton-on-Sea.
This is a varied role where you'll oversee the maintenance of the site's facilities, accommodation and grounds, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15 maintenance staff
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
- Manage maintenance schedules, contractors and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Maintain high standards across the site
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good all-round maintenance knowledge
- Health & safety awareness
- Hands-on approach
Working Hours
- March – October: 45 hours per week over 5.5 days
- November – February: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Standard hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
