Are you an experienced Senior Authorised Person with a strong background in High Voltage maintenance looking to lead the delivery of critical maintenance services across the UK?

This growing High Voltage engineering company delivers installation, maintenance and lifecycle asset management services across private and commercial HV networks. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced HV Maintenance Manager (SAP) to oversee contracted maintenance services and support the continued growth of their maintenance division.

In this role, you'll manage planned preventative maintenance, fault response and emergency repair activities across multiple client sites. You'll coordinate engineers and contractors, provide technical SAP support, oversee programme delivery, manage client relationships and ensure compliance with Distribution Safety Rules and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will hold current SAP authorisation up to 33kV with extensive experience delivering High Voltage maintenance services. Previous experience managing maintenance contracts, coordinating operational teams and supporting commercial performance would be highly advantageous.

The Role:

• Manage the delivery of planned and reactive HV maintenance services
• Provide Senior Authorised Person support up to 33kV
• Coordinate engineers, contractors and maintenance programmes
• Manage client relationships and operational performance
• Support commercial delivery, forecasting and reporting
• Ensure compliance with HV safety rules and company procedures
• Participate in the standby rota for emergency response
• Travel to customer sites across the UK

The Person:

• Previous experience managing High Voltage maintenance operations
• Current Senior Authorised Person (SAP) authorisation up to 33kV
• Strong fault-finding and switching experience
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
