Maintenance Officer - Trades & Operatives

The candidate must be qualified in plumbing and be able to tile bathrooms and kitchens, additionally, have a full driving licence.
Candidate must have experience in full bathroom refurbishments and adaptations as most of the work will be in social housing.
This position is full time Monday to Friday, 8:00 till 16:00
Candidate most work efficiently in an already thriving team and to make sure they are respectful to the tenants in this testing time.
