Are you an experienced Maintenance Operative, Facilities Assistant, Handyperson or Field Service Technician looking for a varied, hands-on role?

We are looking for a practical and reliable Maintenance Operative to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of outdoor installations throughout the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and travelling between sites.

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing a range of installed products and infrastructure, ensuring they remain safe, secure and fully operational for customers.

Duties will include:

• Planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
• Basic mechanical repairs and adjustments
• Site inspections and safety checks
• Preparing and managing tools, materials and spare parts
• Completing maintenance records and reports
• Supporting installation and relocation projects when required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, property maintenance, field service or handyman role
• Good practical skills with hand and power tools
• Experience carrying out repairs and fault-finding
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Comfortable travelling to different locations daily
• Strong understanding of health and safety
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary of £28,860
• Monday to Friday working hours
