Maintenance Operative

The Shore Group require x4 Maintenance Operative to work on student accommodations in Canary Wharf, London.

Work will involve day to day management of reactive and preventative maintenance, carrying out checks, identifying and rectifying issues and inspecting communal areas etc.

This is a perm job role.

Working hours are 37.5 hours a week, with a range of company benefits.

Applicants applying for this role must have previous experience in a similar role, CSCS (blue card would be an advantage), PPE and own tools will be provided and an enhanced DBS check will be carried out.
