Maintenance Operative

- Schedule - Monday to Friday
- Working hours – 40 hours flexible (Door to Door pay)
- On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
- Salary - £34,271/yr.
- Location – South West London
- Extra – Overtime available
As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to
- General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
- This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
- PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided).
- Building inspections including roof walks and building checks to exterior
- Cark Park checks – drain covers, trolley shelters, bollards
There will be daily duties to ensure the tablet is updated, this may be reporting issues, H&S notes or sending emails. Technology will be used in the form of a PDA Tablet and Company provided Smartphone.

Requirements:
- NVQ in a trade would be IDEAL and is Desirable
- Full UK driving license
