Maintenance Person in West London

Handyperson – Covering West London – Wednesday to Sunday

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson / Field Engineer to join our expanding team. Full training will be provided to support your professional growth. A full UK driving licence is essential, as a company vehicle will be supplied.

This role involves the installation, maintenance, and reactive repair of washroom systems across various corporate sites. While basic plumbing or drainage experience is advantageous, it is not essential. Comprehensive training, tools, a vehicle, and a fuel card will be provided.

This is a full-time position.

Salary: £28,000, rising to £29,000 upon successful completion of the probationary period

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair washroom systems to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
• Perform basic plumbing and general maintenance tasks as required
• Travel to client sites within the Kingston and Epsom areas
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
• Operate hand and power tools safely and competently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work completed
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely and quality project completion
• Comply fully with all health and safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous practical or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing or drainage systems is beneficial
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
