Maintenance Planner & Administrator 

Location:           Ashington

Contract:           Full-time hours – 9-month Fixed term contract

Hours:               37 per week Monday – Friday

Salary:              £27,136 per annum

Closing Date:   5pm Thursday 12th November 2026

Are you an organised planner or administrator who wants to help deliver a right-first-time repairs and maintenance service and an excellent customer experience?

If so, join us as a Maintenance Planner & Administrator, helping to coordinate trade resources and provide the administrative support behind our repairs and maintenance service.

About the role:

Planning and scheduling trade resources

Delivering high level business support and administrative activities

Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues

Maintaining accurate repairs and maintenance records to support reliable reporting of key performance indicators and management information.

About you:

You’ll need:

Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function

Experience working with Salesforce

Experience of scheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records

The ability to manage a busy, varied workload and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organisational and influencing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Working from home up to 2 days per week.  Working from the office 5 days per week
