We're recruiting a Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established team at a high-end shopping centre. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering a first-class service and want to be part of a supportive engineering team, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role

As part of the on-site maintenance team, you'll carry out a wide range of planned and reactive plumbing works across this busy retail and leisure destination.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tap repairs and replacements
• Clearing blockages
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks
• General plumbing maintenance
• Small plumbing installations
• Supporting with basic mechanical maintenance when required
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and ensuring high service standards

No two days are the same, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a busy environment and managing a varied workload.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (essential)
• Experience in commercial maintenance or building services
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The flexibility to support occasional mechanical maintenance tasks
