Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator required for a construction business in the Sunniside area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
The Role
- Speaking to a range of clients across several business sectors and taking details of the repair or maintenance issue that they are reporting.
- Coordinating with the site teams to carry out the works
- Ensure the job is sent for invoicing and that the customer is happy with the work that has been carried out.
The Person
Recent repairs and maintenance scheduling experience is essential for this role.
Remuneration
£30,000 to £35,000
