£40,000 - £48,000 DOE + 10% Bonus | Multiple Locations Across London

The Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lifecycle works, supporting the Maintenance Manager while supervising a team of Maintenance Operatives to ensure high service standards, compliance and operational excellence.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Allocate and prioritise reactive maintenance, PPM and lifecycle works
  • Supervise, coach and develop Maintenance Operatives
  • Support the Maintenance Manager and deputise in their absence
  • Coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
  • Manage compliance, audits, RAMS, Legionella and CAFM records
  • Drive KPIs, resident satisfaction and excellent customer service



About You:

  • Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader experience
  • Strong building maintenance and facilities knowledge
  • Experience managing reactive and planned maintenance
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and statutory compliance
  • Confident leading teams and coordinating contractors
  • Organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Happy working shifts, weekends and participating in an on-call rota
