Hours: Days only

Salary: £61,000 plus Private Healthcare and more

The Company

ATA Recruitment are proud to be working with a Global automation company at one of their resident sites in Chesterfield. The company manufacture, design, install and commission all of the automation on their customers site, The site in Chesterfield is 3 years old and has had nearly £10 million worth of automation invested on the site plus being at the head of innovation and automation there is continuous improvement and investment on the site

They are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the site and lead its growth from the front moving forward, being a key point of contact for their client as well as leading a team of 3 engineers, with involvement in day to day running of the site

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will;

-            Be responsible for managing a team of 3 engineers

-            Be a key point of contact on site with the customer inc attending meetings and being an escalation point

-            Manage spare parts including; Usage, Inventory levels, Repairs, Receipts, Replenishments and ordering

-            Confident jumping on the tools for any breakdowns that need escalating

The candidate

We are looking for a supervisor who:

-            Is a strong communicator with some sort of leadership experience

-            A recognised engineering qualification (Electrical is Desirable)

-            Confident in managing relationships with the customer and attending meetings

Salary and Benefits

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will receive;

-            An annual salary of £61,000 per annum
