Maintenance Team Leader

• Location: Doncaster. 
• Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour days & nights). 
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. 
• Starting Salary: £54,490 per annum + overtime & benefits! 

We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing business in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader to oversee maintenance operations within a highly automated production environment, driving equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and team performance.

• Lead and support a multi-skilled engineering team.
• Manage planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of health & safety and engineering compliance.
• Coordinate workloads, maintenance schedules and CMMS records.
• Work closely with production to achieve site performance targets.

• Strong engineering background within manufacturing.
• Experience in a highly automated production environment.
• Previous experience leading a multi-disciplined engineering team.
• Experience using CMMS systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
