Electrical Maintenance Team Leader – Goole
Salary - £60,000
Shift -  4 on 4 off (days and nights) 

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company  to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a Maintenance Leader who wants to guide and develop a team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day work.

As Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, you will supervise and develop a small team of two engineers while also playing an active part in maintenance and improvement work.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of 2 multi-skilled engineers
• Planning and allocating daily work, ensuring resources are used effectively
• Taking a hands-on role in electrical maintenance, fault-finding and repair
• Overseeing safe systems of work including permits, isolations and LOTO
• Delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the site
• Supporting site projects, installations and continuous improvement activity

We are keen to speak to people who have:

• HNC or above in Electrical Engineering 
• Previous supervisory experience, or the ambition to step into a leadership role
• Experience of maintenance in a manufacturing environment, ideally with TPM principles
• Knowledge of safe working practices including risk assessments, permits and isolations
• A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn continuous improvement techniques
