Role: Maintenance Team Leader 
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £42,500
Shifts: Days only- 7.30am till 4pm Mon to Thurs- 3pm finish on Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the maintenance team across planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Ensure machinery is serviced and maintained to the required standards
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance and TPM routines
• Carry out and oversee planned preventative maintenance across machine tools and equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and external maintenance suppliers
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Ensure maintenance records and systems are kept accurate and up to date
• Ensure all machinery and equipment is safe, reliable and fit for purpose
• Mentor and support maintenance apprentices, including carrying out regular appraisals and identifying development needs
• Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability, efficiency and maintenance processes
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in line with company procedures

Requirements:

      • Apprentice trained or equivalent experience.

      • At least 2-year maintenance experience.

      • Experience working within a manufacturing industry.

      • Experience managing a Team environment.

      • Ability to manage own time effectively.

      • Excellent communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
