Customer Service Operative - Yorkshire

If so at Harron Homes we are looking for a skilled and proactive Customer Service Operative to join our team in Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi skilled tradesperson to deliver high quality maintenance and remediation work in our customer's homes, ensuring a professional and right first time service. 

The Role: 

As a Customer Service Operative, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance in occupied properties, including carpentry, plaster patching, decorating and other general multi trade tasks. You will ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with the customer at the heart of everything you do. 

• Undertake agreed remediation and maintenance works to the highest standard 
• Provide proactive, customer focused service whilst maintaining excellent relationships with residents 
• Communicate effectively with customer regarding issues and further updates 
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to report recurring issues and complete inspections 
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and stock to support reliable service delivery 
• Adhere to Harron Homes EHS policies and site regulations 
• Work independetly, take initiative and contribute knowledge to the wider team 

About you: 

Qualifcations & Experience 

• Qualified in a relevant trade or multi-trade or equivalent experience 
• Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance, customer service or housebuilding 

Skills & Knowledge 

• Strong multi-trade experience and knowledge of building standards 
• Ability to rectify defects and problem solve effectively 
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and technical) 
• Competent in planning, time management and diary organisation 
• Understanding build and NHBC standards
