Our client is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join their team based in Liverpool City Centre. The role involves supporting general maintenance activities and ensuring the site is kept safe, clean, and operational.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out basic maintenance tasks across the site
- Completing general repairs and upkeep duties
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Assisting with moving equipment and materials when required
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant team members
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider team with general site duties
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or similar role (desirable)
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
