An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Major Works Project Manager to join one of the UK’s leading property developers, working across its prestigious residential portfolio.  Reporting to the Director of Property you’ll take ownership of major works projects from feasibility, concept and design through to completion and sign-off, covering refurbishments, M&E systems, capital expenditure programmes, building works and complex improvement projects.  We’re looking for an accomplished project professional with large-scale building project experience, with NEBOSH, strong technical and commercial knowledge and proven expertise managing contractors, consultants, budgets, tenders and contract administration. Residential property experience is highly desirable.  A superb opportunity to take a pivotal role delivering high-profile projects within an ambitious and highly regarded residential property business.
