Hours: Monday - Friday | Flexible Working Available Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking for a varied management accounting role, with responsibility for supporting multiple sites and working closely with operational teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting the wider finance function. Benefits Include:

- Prepare monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss reporting
- Complete bank and intercompany reconciliations
- Manage accruals, prepayments and maintain the fixed asset register
- Produce variance analysis and provide commentary on performance
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Support payroll processing
- Provide financial support to operational teams, including cashing-up procedures
- Assist with continuous improvements across finance processes
- Previous experience within a Management Accountant position
- Strong understanding of month-end accounting processes
- Experience with bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and fixed assets
- Sage 50 experience (preferred)
- Multi-site and cost centre accounting experience (advantageous)
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach
