Management Accountant

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Management Accountant for an engineering client in the Highland region. This permanent, office-based role reports to the Director of Finance and works with UK departments and the European Finance team.

• Prepare month-end, year-end, and monthly management accounts
• Produce variance analysis, budgets, and quarterly forecasts
• Monitor capital project spend and completion reviews
• Support and train wider finance teams
• Work proactively in a fast-paced international environment

• Qualified accountant or finance professional with management accounting experience
• Experience working with financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
• Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics AX, product costing, SOX, or internal control audit experience
