An exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice in Henley-on-Thames. Offering a competitive salary, hybrid working, excellent benefits and opportunities for progression.
Duties:
- Daily bookkeeping using Xero, including bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns
- Reconcile control accounts and post payroll journals
- Review bookkeeping completed by junior team members
- Liaise with clients and provide ongoing support

Experience required:
- Minimum 2-3 years' accountancy practice experience
- Strong bookkeeping and VAT experience
- Xero experience essential
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience
- Management accounts experience desirable
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
