Are you looking to join an Internationally successful, multisite growing organisation? My client is seeking a strong Management Accountant to join their established finance team in a key role that is responsible for the month end tasks and helping deliver accurate financial insights to help drive informed business decisions.

The Role

You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, financial reports, variance analysis, and commentary in line with agreed deadlines. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Management Accounts efficiently
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Business partner with non-finance stakeholders
• Prepare financial reports for senior management
• Manage month-end journals (Account Receivables and accounts payable).
• Support VAT returns and external audits

Skills & Competencies

• Strong accounting and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Experience using accounting systems.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work cross‑functionally.

Experience Required

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent), or QBE (Qualified By Experience)
• Demonstrable experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within management accounting.
• Solid understanding of management accounts, balance sheets, and financial controls.
