Description

The Management Accountant's duties will include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and analyse management accounts to support business decisions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and control budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Perform variance analysis and report on financial performance.
• Support the forecasting and planning processes within the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting as required.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA - Finalist desirable (study support provided)
• Strong communication skills and able to build relationships at all levels
• Looking to grow a career with a global commercial business
• Experience of accounting systems and finance processes
• Excellent MS Excel skills and confident working with large scale complex data
