Field Manager & New Business Development Manager

- Southampton / Portsmouth Service Area

We are currently recruiting for two exciting positions covering the Southampton and Portsmouth area. If you have strong leadership, operational, or business development experience and are looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

Field Manager

Location: Southampton / Portsmouth Service Area

Hours: Standard Day Shift

Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Contract Duration: September 2026 - December 2028

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support field-based operations across the service area.

- Ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with company standards.

- Monitor performance and maintain high levels of compliance and quality.

- Act as the key point of contact between operational teams and management.

- Conduct site visits and provide guidance, coaching, and support to teams as required.

- Complete reporting and administrative duties accurately and on time.

Applicants must be able to provide:

Full UK Driving Licence

Enhanced DBS Check

Valid Passport

Right to Work in the UK

New Business Development Manager

Location: Southampton / Portsmouth Service Area

Hours: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Contract Duration: August 2026 - February 2028

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.

- Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.

- Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful service delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline development.
