Are you an experienced manufacturing executive with the ability to lead a business—not just a factory?

We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in advanced composites for a General Manager to lead one of its key manufacturing operations in the Philippines.

This is a rare opportunity to take full responsibility for a growing business, combining operational excellence with commercial leadership, strategic planning and financial accountability.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you'll lead a multidisciplinary management team across manufacturing, engineering, commercial, supply chain, finance, HR and quality, driving both operational performance and long-term business growth.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Full P&L ownership
• Manufacturing, engineering and operational leadership
• Developing and executing business strategy
• Driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Growing revenue and developing new markets
• Building relationships with major customers and strategic partners
• Leading investment, expansion and automation projects
• Developing high-performing leadership teams
• Ensuring world-class safety, quality and operational performance

We're Looking For

You'll ideally have experience leading medium to large manufacturing businesses within:

• Advanced composites
• Building products
• Automotive
• Rail
• Aerospace
• Industrial manufacturing
• Engineered products

You'll bring:

• 15+ years' manufacturing leadership experience
• Significant P&L responsibility
• Strong commercial and business development capability
• Experience leading multidisciplinary management teams
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise
• Excellent financial and strategic business acumen
• The ability to build customer relationships and drive profitable growth

International experience within Asia or multinational manufacturing organisations would be highly advantageous.
