The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function across a range of civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include overseeing commercial performance, managing project teams, administering NEC contracts, and supporting successful project delivery. This is a hybrid position combining office, site, and home working, based on a 40-hour working week.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts.
- Excellent commercial management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high commercial standards.
