  • Working closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors and senior management to maximise project profitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the commercial team with strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Conducting project and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future commercial performance.
  • Ensuring commercial and financial information is accurately maintained across internal systems and processes.
  • Supporting the continued development and professional growth of the wider Quantity Surveying team.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be a commercially strong and experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor who can operate at a senior level and confidently lead both projects and people.

Essential:

  • Significant experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the MEP sector.
  • Proven Data Centre experience – essential.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value MEP/technical services projects.
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience leading, managing and developing Quantity Surveyors.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management.
  • Experience with procurement, subcontract management, valuations, variations, CVRs, forecasting and final accounts.
  • Strong understanding of commercial risk and project profitability.
