As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for leading an established commercial team of seven Quantity Surveyors while overseeing a business unit with an annual turnover of approximately £40m. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide commercial direction, mentor and develop your team, ensure robust financial control across multiple projects and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the business.
