Manual Machinist / Mechanical Fitter

I am recruiting a Manual Machinist / Mechanical Fitter / Toolmaker for a well established precision engineering business based in Liverpool.

The role is offered at £22 per hour with overtime available.

This is a hands on role covering manual lathe work, milling, slotting and mechanical fitting across gearboxes, pumps and related rotating equipment.

What they are looking for:

• Experienced on manual lathe, miller and slotter
• Mechanical fitting background, particularly gearboxes and pumps
• Comfortable in a busy precision engineering workshop
• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision

The package:

• £22.00 per hour
• 39 hour week
• Overtime encouraged
