Time-Served Centre Lathe / Manual Turner
Salary: £19.00 - £20.00 per hour + premium overtime & benefits
Location: Halesowen
Hours: 37 hours per week (Rotating Shift)

• Shift 1: Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 14:00 | Friday early finish
• Shift 2: Monday – Thursday 14:00 – 22:00 | Friday early finish

Manual Turner - Key Responsibilities

• Machining: Set and operate manual and centre lathes to produce high-quality components.
• Inspection: Self-inspect your work using verniers, calipers, depth gauges, and micrometers.
• Quality: Maintain strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Safety: Keep a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment. 

Manual Turner - What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Manual / Centre Lathe Turner.
• Technical Skill: Confident in setting and operating manual machinery independently.
• Precision: A strong track record of working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
• Background: Time-served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualifications are highly desirable.
